1. Introduction

Welcome to QCX Group PTY Ltd. By accessing our website or subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or subscribing. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

QCX Group PTY Ltd (ABN 97 627 211 983) is a company registered and operating in New South Wales, Australia. Our service involves the dispatch of personalised subscription letters.


2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "We", "us", or "our" refers to QCX Group PTY Ltd, the operator of this ecommerce platform.
  • "You" or "customer" refers to the person subscribing to our service.
  • "Service" refers to the monthly personalised letter subscription offered by QCX Group PTY Ltd.
  • "Letter" refers to the physical, personalised correspondence dispatched to the nominated recipient each subscription period.
  • "Subscription" refers to the recurring monthly plan purchased by the customer.


3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • All information you provide during sign-up is accurate and complete.


4. Subscription Plan

We currently offer a single monthly subscription plan. Subscribers receive one personalised letter per calendar month addressed to their nominated recipient. Full details of the current plan, including pricing, are available on our website.

We reserve the right to introduce additional plans or modify existing plan offerings at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any material changes to their plan.


5. Personalisation

During the sign-up process, you will be asked to provide the recipient’s name and mailing address. This information is used solely for the purpose of personalising and dispatching your monthly letter.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details provided are accurate. We are not liable for letters that cannot be personalised or delivered correctly due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided at sign-up.


6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Payment is collected at the time of subscription sign-up and recurs monthly on the same date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis.

We use a third-party payment processor to handle all transactions. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. You agree to the terms of our payment processor as part of your subscription.

Prices are subject to change. We will provide at least 14 days' written notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.


7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

Due to the personalised nature of our product, we are unable to offer refunds for letters that have already been dispatched. However, if a letter is damaged, lost in transit, or contains a significant error on our part, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement where appropriate.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us.


8. Delivery

We dispatch letters from New South Wales, Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

Estimated delivery times are 7 to 10 business days from dispatch, though international deliveries may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party postal or courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure the mailing address provided is accurate and complete. We are not liable for letters lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


9. Intellectual Property

All content featured in our letters — including but not limited to stories, illustrations, activities, and written content — is the intellectual property of QCX Group PTY Ltd or our licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our letters for commercial purposes without our express written consent.


10. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. By subscribing, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. Personal data is used solely for the fulfilment of your subscription and communication related to your account.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QCX Group PTY Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you in connection with your subscription will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
